Understandable Message: God doesn’t need your money. He wants your heart, and knows that where your money is your heart is also. The only time God says test Me is with our money. His promise is to bless us more abundantly than we can imagine. If talking about money and riches is tough with adults, it’s extremely tough with students. The cool thing is seeing in some of their eyes, the ah ha’s! Some of them got it.

Grade: B-

Volunteer/Student Involvement: Jeremy, and Austin on the board, Roni at check in and helped with games. Laurie ran the snack shack! Sherry and Jayne were our ushers.

Element of Fun/Positive Environment: The first 15-20 min was hang out time. Students played games (spoons, cards, Xbox) connected, and enjoyed snacks. Jayne and Roni did a relay race with beach balls and student back to back with the ball in between.

Music Playlist: Music played on the iPod during the hang out time, no band tonight 😦

Favorite Moment: Loved hanging out and playing Halo with some of the guys. After the night was done, some of the students hung out as we shared stories of our past, including some funny moments in other countries.
