Kajabi Can Can

Some of you have asked,”What is Kajabi Can Can?” So I thought I would upload a video from last night for you.

Students take small length of rope with a knot at each end (12″), form a circle around a trash can and try to pull one another into the can.

If any part of the body touches the can, or a student lets go of the rope, that student is out.

The circle is reformed without that student and continues on the call “Kajabi” by the leader, until one winner emerges.

Now some of you might notice we have 2 cans in…hence Extreme Kajabi!!!

Leader note: Students can not yank up and down on the rope to get someone to let go. This can result in dislocations!
